@GetSpectrum How many times do I have to get a Tech to come out before I get dependable service. My internet luck has sucked the past 2.5 weeks. I have to go to my parents house half the times to work. No one showed up for appt #5 today. @CincyBell looking good.

@CincyBell If the calls we have made to troubleshoot actually worked I would have never tweeted that. New routers and people working on it have never caused it to work. My father has networking experience and cannot get it to work. After years of this it is still slow and unreliable.

@GetSpectrum you charge me $79 for 200Mbps but @CincyBell is willing to charge only $49 for 500Mbps for 24 months. I called your customer service about getting a better rate, but he just said $79 for 200 is the best he can offer. Anything you can do for me or do I switch?

Hey @CincyBell been trying to get in touch with the manager at Communtiy Solutions Dept for MONTHS and he won't return my call!! My neighborhood of 61 condos wants Fioptics!! Don't think it's too much to ask to discuss options with someone!!!! TERRIBLE customer service! 😠

So neighbor calls fire dept cause of a low hanging wire in neighborhood, I dont have to tell you who's internet line then gets cut and for two days have to deal with @CincyBell to get the hell out to my house to fix it. We are still waiting w the BS 8-12 crap.

Always fun to talk to @CincyBell because my internet has been dead for ~9 hours, get told it's a wide area outage, but also they have no idea at all when it *might* come back on.Didn't think my service could get less reliable than it was with Spectrum but hey. They found a way.

@CincyBell very disappointed in your customer service. Our house was struck by lightning last night and it took out our FiOptics. We had to call your "support" line 5 times to finally get an appointment scheduled for Friday. The first 4 times they said they couldn't send anyone.
